This role ships production-relevant code on live accounts, with field learnings feeding the roadmap through a structured feedback loop. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production-grade coding.
• Ability to navigate undocumented customer workflows.
• Customer-facing instincts and ability to work under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel or embed with accounts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client engineering teams to understand goals and priorities.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions.
• Analyze customer workflows and identify gaps between product and requirements.
• Design and build custom integrations and product extensions.
• Develop prototypes using customer data to validate feasibility.
• Harden prototypes to production-grade reliability and hand off to Support.
• Synthesize field learnings into roadmap signals for Product and Engineering.
• Serve as trusted technical contact through deployment and ramp-up.
