Job summary

RTX in Texas offers internships/co-ops focused on aerospace software development. You will gain hands-on experience with C++ and Python, participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing, and learn how software supports complex aerospace products. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

You will work onsite in the Dallas area, with mentorship from engineers and exposure to agile processes and DevSecOps practices to deliver secure, reliable software.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree.
• Familiarity with C++ and Python development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in software lifecycle activities including code reviews, documentation, testing and validation.
• Follow established development practices and processes to maintain software configuration management.
• Take ownership of tasks or subprojects with mentorship from engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams in an agile environment.
