Footbridge Federal invites engineers to design and build specialized testbeds for evaluating PAT systems. You will develop telemetry and data acquisition software and perform hardware-in-the-loop testing to validate capabilities.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a technical degree, and 2+ years of embedded C/C++ experience, with MATLAB/Simulink and Linux proficiency. Collaboration with diverse teams is essential for system integration.

Formación

• Active Secret security clearance (interim acceptable to start).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of embedded C/C++ software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink for control system modeling and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Linux or other embedded operating systems.
• Familiarity with camera interfaces (such as Digital Focal Plane Arrays) and image processing.
• Experience utilizing Git or similar version control systems.
• Prior experience working with Pointing, Acquisition, and Tracking (PAT) systems.
