Job summary

Two Six Technologies in Linthicum, Maryland, seeks a Vulnerability Researcher to lead reverse engineering of wireless and embedded systems, identifying security weaknesses and developing proof‑of‑concept exploits. You will work with CNO developers and hardware engineers on real‑world targets to strengthen national security.

The role requires deep experience in firmware analysis, memory management, and low‑level programming, with a TS/SCI with Poly preferred and onsite daily at Linthicum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/ENG or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for reverse engineering.
• Experience with vulnerability research and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer wireless and embedded systems to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop proof‑of‑concept exploits following best practices.
• Analyze firmware, software protections, and wireless protocols.
• Develop and use custom tools to analyze binaries.
• Collaborate with developers and hardware engineers in a fast team.
