Raytheon is seeking a software engineer to design and implement high-reliability real-time embedded software and firmware for defense systems. You will collaborate with systems and hardware teams and participate in reviews while following engineering and CM processes.

The role requires a master's degree in a related STEM field, fluency in OO design with C/C++, and experience with embedded testing, data structures, and algorithms. U.S. citizenship and security clearance prerequisites apply.

• Master's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related STEM field required by start date.
• Experience with C, C++, or another object-oriented language; embedded or hardware-software integration and testing; application of OO principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• U.S. citizenship and required security clearance prerequisites.
