Job summary

Choctaw Contracting Services in support of POTFF is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver embedded behavioral health care within a military-focused system. You will assess, treat, and support resilience in Special Operations Forces and their families.

Requirements include an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, an active LCSW license, and at least two years of post-licensure experience. EMR proficiency and inter-disciplinary collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license (U.S. or territory).
• Minimum two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Demonstrated experience in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements for military treatment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Address operational stress, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment challenges.
• Provide psychoeducation and preventative interventions to enhance resilience and performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers and leadership.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in EMR.
