Job summary

Choctaw Contracting Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to serve as an embedded behavioral health provider within a DoD-based program focused on sustaining health, resilience, and readiness for special operations populations and their families.

The role emphasizes both treatment and prevention, requiring a CSWE-accredited MSW, an active LCSW license, and at least two years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license (U.S. or territory)
• Minimum two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health
• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic medical record systems
• Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements for military treatment facilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Address operational stress, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment challenges.
• Provide psychoeducation and preventative interventions to enhance resilience and performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers and leadership.
• Participate in case reviews and coordinated care planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in electronic medical records.
• Adhere to program, regulatory, and quality assurance standards.
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate clinical intervention.
• Facilitate referrals and continuity of care as required.
