Job summary

The role requires an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, an active LCSW license, and at least two years of post-licensure behavioral health experience, with strong documentation in EMR systems and credentialing readiness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license (U.S. or territory).
• Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Demonstrated experience in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements for military treatment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Address operational stress, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment challenges.
• Provide psychoeducation and preventative interventions to enhance resilience and performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers and leadership.
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation in EMRs.
