Job summary

Choctaw Contracting Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver clinically sound care within the POTFF program for DoD personnel and their families. The clinician will perform assessments, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and coordinate care in a mission-driven environment.

The role emphasizes prevention, resilience, and performance, with strong emphasis on documentation, compliance, and collaboration with medical teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license (U.S. or territory).
• Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Address operational stress, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment challenges.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in electronic medical records.
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate clinical intervention and coordinate referrals as needed.
