Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer in the United States (Tennessee) to collaborate directly with enterprise client teams. You will architect, migrate, and optimize AI and data workloads on Kubernetes across on-prem and cloud-native targets, while delivering production-grade solutions in field environments.

You will write production code, prototype integrations, and channel contributions back to ISG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years related experience preferred.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, and enterprise deployment experience.
• Experience migrating large-scale stateful workloads and modernizing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise client teams from discovery to go-live and stabilization.
• Identify migration blockers and build field fixes to shorten iteration cycles.
• Write production code in the field and translate feedback into core features.
