Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in Kubernetes, platform modernization, and enterprise AI infrastructure.

You will embed with client teams from architecture through production rollout, writing production code in the field and shaping platform capabilities with ISG engineers. The role emphasizes end-to-end engagement, migration of large bare metal environments to Kubernetes targets, and deployment of AI inference workloads on VKS with VMware Cloud

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with GPU-accelerated Kubernetes nodes and model serving runtimes.
Experience migrating large, legacy bare metal environments to Kubernetes.
Ability to collaborate directly with enterprise clients and product teams in the field.
Strong understanding of distributed AI workloads and vector databases.

Responsibilities

Direct Engineering to Field Collaboration with core software architects and enterprise client developers.
Identify migration blockers and rapidly test field fixes to shorten iteration cycles.
Own end-to-end engagement from pre-migration discovery to go-live and stabilization.
Architect and deploy production-grade VKS clusters across VCF and hybrid cloud.
Scale AI inference workloads and manage GPU resources in production.
