Qualifications

• Requires active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship).
• Ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret Clearance after start.
• BS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or related fields.
• 2+ years in hardware and software integration.
• 1+ years with FPGA embedded systems;
• 1+ years with LabVIEW, Python or C/C++ programming.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware and software research development projects.
• Develop firmware/software architectures and specifications in a team.
• Research algorithms and implementation approaches.
• Design and validate hardware components.
• Develop and maintain software code and interfaces.
• Integrate software into fully functional systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Document test results to meet system requirements.
• Interface custom and off-the-shelf hardware with multiple platforms.
• Design precision motion control systems for pointing/tracking.
• Develop GUI tools for networked control and telemetry.
