Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in hardware and circuit design.
• Experience with Altium or similar CAD tools for schematic/PCB design.
• Hands-on embedded systems experience (RTOS/Linux) and C/C++/Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware for rugged, heavy-duty applications.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, thermal, and optical engineers to create next-gen products.
• Integrate CANBus and SAE J1939 protocols and ensure mechanical/thermal compliance.
• Prepare specs/proposals for scalable, cost-effective designs.
• Deliver proof-of-concept prototypes with DFMEA documentation.
• Define validation plans including alpha/beta tests and stress tests (DVP&R).
• Optimize for manufacturability and system integration.
• Produce technical docs and white papers for internal sharing.
• Maintain revision control throughout development lifecycle.
