  • Design and develop PCBs, circuit layouts, and power management systems for IoT devices.
  • Develop and optimize firmware for embedded systems, focusing on real-time processing and low-power operation.
  • Work with wireless communication protocols (LoRa, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE, NB-IoT, etc.).
  • Debug and test hardware and firmware to ensure optimal performance.
Product Design & Development:
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
  • Optimize product design for functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with mechanical to integrate electronics into enclosures with considerations for thermal, environmental, and durability constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (FCC, CE, UL, etc.).
Manufacturing & Production Support:
  • Work closely with manufacturers department and suppliers to bring designs into mass production.
  • Define testing procedures, quality control measures, and production validation processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing defects to improve yield and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain BOMs, assembly drawings, and process documentation.
IoT System Integration & Connectivity:
  • Design IoT-enabled products with cloud connectivity and edge processing capabilities.
  • Integrate IoT devices with platforms, APIs, and mobile applications.
  • Work on OTA firmware updates, remote diagnostics, and security for IoT deployments.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to develop data pipelines and real-time monitoring dashboards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware design, firmware development, and product engineering.
  • Proficiency in embedded C/C++, Python, and Basic based firmware development.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design (KiCad, Diptrace).
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication standards and sensor integration.
  • Experience working with IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT, etc.).
  • Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) best practices.
  • Understanding of industrial and consumer electronics product lifecycles.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with low-power design and battery optimization.
  • Knowledge of machine learning at the edge and AI-driven IoT applications.
  • Experience with mobile app and cloud API integration.
