• Ability to internalize complex workflows from non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory systems concepts and auditability.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, handoffs, escalations, and auditability.
• Background in Forward Deployed Engineering or embedded advisory roles in compliance tech.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Compliance leadership and frontline teams to surface automation opportunities with high business leverage.
• Prototype quickly on Coinbase's AI platform and guide build-vs-buy decisions.
• Own the Compliance automation roadmap with leadership, translating workflows into engineering requirements.
• Define strategies for internal build, partner integrations, procurement, or retirement of tools.
• Ensure automated outputs are traceable, reviewable, and regulator-defensible with audit trails.
• Drive adoption through sessions, demonstrations, and iterative feedback with Compliance teams.
