Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to design and deliver AI-powered solutions.

You’ll assess business problems, architect agentic systems, and ship production-grade implementations with strong data and retrieval focus. This role combines consulting, engineering, and operations, requiring hands-on coding across Python/TypeScript/Go, deep client collaboration, and delivery ownership from discovery through Day-2 operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1–4 years of experience shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex).

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for automated business processes.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture and integration.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI deployments and post-launch evaluation and monitoring.
• Engage in Day 2 operations and pre-sales support when needed.
