Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter is seeking an Engineer Supervisor to lead a dynamic maintenance team, ensure guest comfort, and keep all property systems running smoothly.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, manage energy use and budgets, train staff, respond to guest requests, and uphold safety standards. Weekend and emergency coverage may be required; certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid are encouraged.

Education & Experience

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• May be required to work weekends, holidays, and be available for emergencies.
• Comply with certification requirements (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid).
• Experience in training, supervising, and motivating staff.
• Ability to evaluate and spot check work of staff and contractors.
