Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter in Covington, KY is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the daily kitchen operations, supervise the team, manage supplies, and ensure every dish meets quality and safety standards.

You will promote clean, organized work areas, maintain high communication with service staff, and keep the kitchen running smoothly during peak periods. Prior supervisory experience and basic certifications are required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year in kitchen operations or supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Kitchen Captain: Lead daily kitchen hustle and ensure tasks are done to standard.
• Culinary Commander: Keep food and beverage operations running smoothly and ready for service.
• Safety & Smarts: Follow safe practices, handle sensitive areas, and uphold health standards.
• Clean & Compliant: Maintain sanitation and keep surfaces and tools clean.
