Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter is seeking an Engineer Supervisor to lead a dynamic maintenance team, ensure guest comfort, and keep all property systems running smoothly.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, manage energy use and budgets, train staff, respond to guest requests, and uphold safety standards. Weekend and emergency coverage may be required; certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid are encouraged.

• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to keep property systems running smoothly.
• Direct and schedule engineering staff; enforce safety and training.
• Run Preventative Maintenance program across guestrooms and public spaces.
• Monitor energy usage and purchasing decisions for efficiency.
• Serve as the emergency contact and respond to guestroom requests promptly.
