Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Portland, OR is hiring a parking attendant for the Emanuel Campus to provide friendly customer service and manage lot flow during daytime shifts.

You will direct customers, monitor vehicle counts, issue warnings, assist with parking equipment, and maintain a neat appearance in uniform. Previous customer service and parking experience are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work independently and stay energetic.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or in carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked their vehicle.
• Be on time and in uniform for all shifts.
• Assist with other duties as needed by the Facility Manager.
