Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is looking for a Parking Attendant (Non-Driving) for the Crossing campus in Portland, OR. The role involves directing customers, counting vehicles, and keeping the lot orderly while upholding safety and courtesy.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Requires reliability, a neat appearance, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Education level may be less than high school or limited related experience.
• Must have valid state-issued driver’s license if driving is required.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts or weekends may be required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Mathematical ability to handle cash and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location and ensure parking lot remains orderly.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy violators.
• Assist customers with locating their vehicle and provide directions.
• Maintain uniform appearance and be punctual for scheduled days.

Education

Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
