Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Parking Attendant (Non-Driving) for The Crossing campus in Portland, OR. The role runs Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, at $18.00/hour. You will guide customers to parking spaces, monitor lot occupancy, and help ensure safety and cleanliness of the garage.

Qualifications include minimal education/experience and a valid driver's license if required for company vehicles. Excellent customer service and a neat appearance are essential; availability for some weekend shifts may be

Qualifications

• Education/experience as listed: less than high school or minimal related experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, and communicate clearly.
• Valid state driver's license may be required for driving company vehicles.
• Availability for special shift requirements and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces and count vehicles as needed.
• Write and issue warnings for garage policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or via carts and assist customers with parking.
• Provide help to customers who forgot where they parked and answer questions.
• Maintain work appearance, be punctual, and wear uniform.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager on maintenance tasks and safety.
