Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks an attentive Garage Attendant at the Legacy Emanuel Campus in Portland, OR. This full-time role requires strong customer service and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will direct parking, assist customers, and maintain order across lots. The position offers a daytime schedule with paid parking and uniform requirements. Rate is $18.00 per hour, with full benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and be energetic.
• Parking experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts as applicable.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Maintain punctuality and wear the required uniform.
• Assist customers and escalate to Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Assist inmaintenance of parking equipment and other tasks as directed.
