Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and campaign testing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in financial services or another regulated industry preferred.
• Military experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
