fresh, the global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, is seeking a Manager, Email & SMS Marketing to lead US-focused campaigns on Fresh Global eCommerce. You will drive revenue, traffic, acquisition, retention, and engagement through end-to-end email and SMS programs.

Join a fast-paced, cross-functional team and partner with Global Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Technology to deliver best-in-class customer experiences using Adobe Campaign, BeeFree, and Qlik.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience managing email marketing and/or SMS programs with proven results.
• Experience with enterprise email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign) and HTML knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage email and SMS marketing strategy focused on US-led campaigns to drive revenue, traffic, and engagement.
• Own execution and optimization of email/SMS workflows, calendars, briefs, and UAT.
• Monitor performance, forecast inputs, budget tracking, and reporting for growth opportunities.
