Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email, SMS, lifecycle, CRM, or e-commerce marketing.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills for promotional messaging.
• Experience with high-volume e-commerce marketing and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily execution of email and SMS campaigns from planning through deployment.
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly promotional communication calendars.
• Develop messaging across firearms, ammunition, accessories, and promos.
• Manage audience segmentation, targeting, personalization, and automated journeys.
• Monitor deliverability, engagement, conversion, revenue, and unsubscribe rates.
