Job summary

DC International in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Email & SMS Marketing Strategist to lead promotional, triggered, and transactional campaigns for Coverstore and Leatherology. You’ll shape lifecycle marketing, drive retention, and support channel performance reporting.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Carrollton office, with collaboration across marketing, design, and tech to implement campaigns, test strategies, and ensure deliverability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience with CRM, marketing automation, ESPs and web analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• Knowledge of email & SMS marketing best practices.
• Experience in retail/ecommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Channel Strategy: Translate goals into email/SMS campaigns and automated programs.
• Uncover insights and opportunities from weeky/monthly plans and data.
• Design lifecycle and contact journeys across email, SMS, and push.
