Remote Leverage, a Florida-based recruiting agency, seeks an Email Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives and drive growth through high-volume campaigns for U.S. clients.

The role requires hands-on management of sending domains, inboxes, and deliverability, plus crafting compelling copy and subject lines. You will work with Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, and data tools to optimize outreach while ensuring CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in an Email Marketing Specialist or related role.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Reliable internet, laptop, and headset.
• Motivated, energetic, and open to feedback and improvement.

Responsabilités

• Purchase, configure, and manage sending domains with DNS records and tracking domains.
• Create and manage email inboxes across platforms while following sending limits.
• Run warm-up processes for new domains and rotate out damaged accounts.
• Build, launch, and manage high-volume outbound email campaigns using tools like Instantly or Smartlead.
• Monitor deliverability metrics daily and address issues to maintain campaign effectiveness.
• Build and clean lead lists with accurate data for targeted outreach.
• Write and A/B test subject lines and email copy to improve engagement.
• Manage replies from leads and route prospects to the Sales team.
• Report weekly on campaign performance with actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase, configure, and manage sending domains, including DNS records and custom tracking domains.
• Create and manage email inboxes across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance with sending limits.
• Run and monitor warm-up processes for new domains and rotate out damaged accounts.
• Build, launch, and manage high-volume outbound email campaigns using tools like Instantly or Smartlead.
• Monitor email deliverability metrics daily and address issues to maintain campaign effectiveness.
• Build and clean lead lists, ensuring accurate data for targeted outreach.
• Write and A/B test compelling subject lines and email copy to enhance engagement rates.
• Manage replies from leads and efficiently route interested prospects to the Sales team.
• Report weekly on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Preferred skills & Tools:

• Hands-on experience with Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot for lead routing.
• Familiarity with email verification tools such as Apollo or ZeroBounce.
• Knowledge of email compliance regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
