Qualifications

• 1+ year in Marketing & Growth Assistant or related role.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Reliable internet, laptop, and headset.

• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.

Responsibilities

• Write and proofread marketing emails, social posts, and short copy.
• Set up and monitor ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn.
• Schedule and upload content across social channels.
• Reach out to creators and influencers for collaborations.
• Edit and update landing pages and website content.
• Perform basic video edits (trim, captions).
• Initiate growth projects (e.g., Reddit presence).
• Maintain notes and reports on outcomes & strategy.

Responsibilities

• Write and proofread marketing emails, social media posts, and other short copy.
• Set up and monitor ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn.
• Schedule and upload content across various social media channels.
• Reach out to social media creators and influencers for potential collaborations.
• Edit and update landing pages and website content.
• Perform basic video editing tasks, including trimming clips and adding captions.
• Initiate and manage new growth projects, such as building a presence on Reddit.
• Maintain notes and reports on project outcomes and future strategies.

Preferred skills & Tools

• Experience with paid ads platforms.
• Community building on platforms like Reddit and Quora.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut or similar tools.
