Bryan Ashley International is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead our email programs, automation, and lead generation ecosystem in a centralized marketing services model.

You will partner with marketing, demand generation, digital, and sales teams to design data-driven campaigns using Marketo, HubSpot, and Mailchimp, while applying AI best practices.

This role emphasizes segmentation, personalization, testing, and compliant, deliverable campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and enhance automated marketing programs including email campaigns, nurture streams, triggered workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation programs across platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, and/or Mailchimp, while adopting emerging technologies, including AI, to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to platform governance, system health, documentation, and process standardization within a shared services model.
  • End-to-end email marketing execution across the full customer lifecycle, from prospect and lead engagement to customer communications.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and testing strategies that improve engagement and performance.
  • Ensure email campaigns align with brand standards, adhere to deliverability best practices, and meet applicable privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Build and support lead generation activities, nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle programs that align with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and CRM teams to ensure accurate lead routing, data integrity, and seamless handoffs between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize lead and nurture strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
  • Monitor campaign and program performance using dashboards and reports to track engagement, funnel progression, and effectiveness.
  • Analyze results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Support attribution and performance measurement efforts across marketing channels.
  • Educate and guide stakeholders on email marketing capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Help define and refine shared services workflows, QA processes, and deployment standards.
  • Document processes, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution and maturity of the email marketing and lead generation ecosystem.

Job description

The Email Marketing Manager will be a key member of a centralized shared marketing services team responsible for building, refining, and optimizing the organization’s email marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation ecosystem. This role partners closely with marketing, demand generation, digital, and sales teams to execute scalable, data-driven campaigns using MailChimp and Adobe Marketo Engage (and related Adobe tools).

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in email marketing, a strong grasp of email automation, AI best practices, and the ability to translate business and campaign objectives into scalable, high-performing automated programs.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Automation & Platform Management

  • Build, manage, and enhance automated marketing programs including email campaigns, nurture streams, triggered workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation programs across platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, and/or Mailchimp, while adopting emerging technologies, including AI, to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc

Travel Requirements

  • This role requires minimal travel, estimated at less than 5%.
