Job summary

Movado Group is seeking a Temporary Email Marketing Specialist in New York, NY. You will own and optimize the email program, from content creation with creative teams to deployment, testing, and delivering campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

You will build customer journeys, segment audiences, and analyze performance weekly and monthly, while coordinating with data sciences and CRM teams to improve deliverability and data hygiene.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in email marketing or similar role.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Equivalent ESP.
• Light HTML coding ability.
• Experience with audience segmentation and lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end email deployment from content creation to deploy.
• Report weekly and monthly email performance insights.
• Manage consumer database segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• Execute customer journeys (welcome, abandon cart, winback, etc).
• Implement trigger emails (birthdays, etc.) and journeys.
• Collaborate with creative, merchandising and digital teams.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance and data hygiene.
• Monitor deliverability and IP health.
