Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay is seeking an organized Email Marketing & Communications Coordinator to design and execute integrated email campaigns. You will manage audience segmentation, automation in Constant Contact, and cross-team storytelling to advance JA's mission in the Tampa Bay area.

The role requires collaboration across Development, Education, and Operations, plus strong writing and analytics skills to support fundraising and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Hands-on experience managing email campaigns in Constant Contact or a comparable platform.
• Nonprofit or mission-driven sector experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an integrated email marketing strategy to boost visibility, program goals, and fundraising.
• Manage the internal newsletter and cross-team communications to keep staff informed.
• Build and optimize email campaigns across JA Tampa Bay audiences and programs.
• Create copy and on-brand templates; conduct A/B tests for subject lines and CTAs.
• Monitor deliverability and compliance with CAN SPAM and other regulations.
• Track performance metrics and deliver monthly reports with recommendations.
