Job summary

Junior Achievement USA is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Lead to develop and drive the email marketing strategy aligned with our broader marketing goals. You will own roadmaps and oversee large-scale programs from conception through optimization across the country.

You will design testing programs, translate campaign data into actionable recommendations, and ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance while maintaining deliverability.
