Job summary

RIVO Holdings, LLC is seeking an Email Deliverability & Infrastructure Specialist to build and scale enterprise email capabilities across our lending brands. You will own email deliverability strategy and collaborate with leadership, marketing, and software teams to shape a robust email ecosystem.

Responsibilities include optimizing sender reputation, domain health, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and analytics-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in email deliverability or related field.
• Experience managing high-volume email programs sending thousands of emails per month.
• Strong understanding of ISP filtering methodologies and deliverability best practices.
• Experience with Google Postmaster Tools, DMARC reporting, sender reputation monitoring.
• Knowledge of domain management, DNS configuration, SMTP infrastructure, and email security standards.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve performance.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

What You’ll Do:

Email Deliverability & Infrastructure

• Own and manage the organization's email deliverability strategy across multiple lending brands.
• Monitor and optimize sender reputation, inbox placement, domain health, and IP performance.
• Manage and maintain email authentication standards including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and related protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve deliverability issues including spam placement, throttling, bounce trends, and blacklist events.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Collections and broader operations teams to improve audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, and customer engagement programs.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics that measure deliverability health and channel effectiveness.
• Recommend scalable solutions that support customer acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives.

Proprietary Platform Development & Collaboration

• Partner with Software Development to design and enhance email marketing functionality within the company's proprietary loan management software.
• Leverage experience with platforms such as Marketo, Customer.io, HubSpot, Mailgun, SendGrid, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar systems to help define future-state capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable marketing automation workflows, integrations, and infrastructure solutions.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and trusted advisor for all email infrastructure and deliverability initiatives.

Monitoring, Compliance & Best Practices

• Utilize tools such as Google Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS, and deliverability monitoring platforms to proactively identify risks and performance issues.
• Establish and maintain email governance standards, suppression policies, and data hygiene practices.
• Stay current on ISP algorithms, mailbox provider requirements, anti-spam technologies, and industry trends.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve deliverability, engagement, and long-term sender health.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in email deliverability, email infrastructure, marketing automation, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing high‑volume email programs sending thousands of emails per month.
• Strong understanding of ISP filtering methodologies and deliverability best practices.
• Experience working with Google Postmaster Tools, DMARC reporting, sender reputation monitoring, and email authentication protocols.
• Experience identifying and resolving deliverability issues including spam placement, throttling, bounce management, and reputation recovery.
• Knowledge of domain management, DNS configuration, SMTP infrastructure, and email security standards.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on performance insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00. Individual salaries within those ranges take into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
