Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience designing and building enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems and event-driven design.
- Experience modernizing legacy or home-grown platforms.

RIVO is seeking an experiencedSenior Software Engineerto help accelerate the evolution of our proprietary Loan Management System (LMS), the platform that powers our business and supports hundreds of loans processed every day.
We'relooking for a builder. Someone who can quickly understand a complex production environment,identifyopportunities for improvement, and help modernize the architecture, engineering practices, anddevelopment standards that will support our next phase of growth.
As aSenior Software Engineer,you'llhelp advance a mission-critical fintech platform while partnering closely with Product, QA,DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, sound engineering judgment, and a collaborative approach to solving complex problems.

- Support CI/CD and automation initiatives.
- Help reduce technical debt while improving overall platform health.
- Partner with Product, QA,DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Contribute technicalexpertiseduring planning, estimation, and design discussions.
- Share knowledge and mentor engineers through collaboration and code reviews.

- 8+ years of professional softwaredevelopment experience.
- 5+ years of experiencedesigning and building enterprise-scale applications.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $160,000.00 to $220,000.00. Idividual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
