RIVO Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance our proprietary Loan Management System (LMS). This on-site role involves partnering with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable software and modernize the platform.

The ideal candidate has deep software engineering experience, strong judgment, and a collaborative approach to solving complex fintech problems. We offer a comprehensive compensation package and a path to impact a growing business.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

We'relooking for a builder. Someone who can quickly understand a complex production environment,identifyopportunities for improvement, and help modernize the architecture, engineering practices, anddevelopment standards that will support our next phase of growth.

As aSenior Software Engineer,you'llhelp advance a mission-critical fintech platform while partnering closely with Product, QA,DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, sound engineering judgment, and a collaborative approach to solving complex problems.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable solutions that support the continued evolution of our proprietary LMS.
• Modernize existing application architecture and engineering patterns whereappropriate.
• Identifyopportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Partner with technology leadership toestablishdevelopment standards and best practices.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy and architectural direction.

SoftwareDevelopment & Modernization:

• Design,develop, and deploy high-quality software across the application stack.
• Build new capabilities that support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Refactor and enhance existing functionality to improve scalability and sustainability.
• Develop secure, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across production anddevelopment environments.

Platform Reliability & Engineering Excellence:

• Participate in code reviews and drive engineering quality standards.
• Improve application monitoring, testing, and deployment practices.
• Support CI/CD and automation initiatives.
• Help reduce technical debt while improving overall platform health.
• Partner with Product, QA,DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Contribute technicalexpertiseduring planning, estimation, and design discussions.
• Share knowledge and mentor engineers through collaboration and code reviews.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource across the organization.

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications

Software Architecture & Engineering Expertise:

• 8+ years of professional softwaredevelopment experience.
• 5+ years of experiencedesigning and building enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience modernizing legacy or home-grown software platforms.
• Experiencedeveloping and supporting high-availability production systems.
• Experience withmicroservicesarchitecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design.

Strong experience with:

• .NET
• C#
• Microsoft SQL Server
• React/Angular– React preferred
• TypeScript
• REST APIs

Experience with:

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $160,000.00 to $220,000.00. Idividual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
