Job summary

Hiebing in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a curious, highly organized Digital Coordinator to support email, CRM, loyalty and digital marketing programs. The role starts with hands-on execution and grows into deeper CRM expertise as client needs evolve.

You will work with strategists and technologists to build and QA campaigns, manage audiences, and explore AI-driven improvements across platforms. The hybrid role starts in Madison with in-office days and remote options as projects allow.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in email marketing, CRM or related role.
• Experience with an email marketing or marketing automation platform.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, high-quality work with strategists and designers.
• Build and configure email campaigns across platforms, including setup, personalization and A/B testing.
• Support audience segmentation and deployment requirements.
• QA email creative, links, tracking and journeys; support deployment.
• Coordinate assets, approvals and timelines with documentation.
• Assist with campaign reporting, insights and opportunities.
• Make CMS content updates.
• Support additional digital marketing execution as needed.
• Use AI to improve efficiency and quality.
