Hiebing, located in Madison, WI, seeks an Account Supervisor – Social Media to lead integrated social strategies for clients, guiding content, influencer partnerships, and community engagement across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of social media marketing integrated into brand plans.
• Lead client marketing communications strategy and apply it to planning and execution.
• Lead influencer programs: ongoing and campaign-based, with vetting for fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and strengthen trust in Hiebing.
• Champion strong creative while representing client needs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage teams engaging target audiences, respond to customer service issues, and gather user-generated content.
• Stay current on new social platforms, tools, and best practices for recommendations.
• Lead social media strategy and content planning in collaboration with department and other agency teams.
• Collaborate across teams within Public Relations, Social Media, and Content.
• Supervise and train junior teammates.

Hiebing is looking for an Account Supervisor – Social Media to help our clients do exactly that. As a senior leader on our PR, Social & Content team, you’ll turn audience insights and business goals into smart, integrated social strategies spanning branded content, influencer partnerships, community engagement and emerging platforms. You’ll guide clients, inspire teams and champion work that builds meaningful connections—and true brand devotion.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Social Media Expertise: Lead the development and execution of social media marketing that is integrated into a full brand marketing plan, while addressing content and functionality nuances from channel to channel
• Content Marketing Expertise: Lead client marketing communications strategy and apply this understanding to client planning and execution
• Influencer Marketing Expertise: Lead the strategic development and execution of both ongoing and campaign-based influencer programs while guiding the team on research and vetting for influencers whodemonstratebrand fit
• Client Relations: Build andmaintainrelationships with clients, strengthening the trust and confidencein Hiebing
• Champion smart, strong creative while rigorouslyrepresentingthe target and the client’s business at all phases of the work
• Manage teams that engage target audiences, respond to customer service issues and garner user generated content
• Stay current on new social media platforms, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them, so that the agency can make informed recommendations to clients
• Lead social media strategy and content marketing planning, partnering within the department, with media to develop amplification plans and with other agency departments to ensure integration and excellence
• Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations,Social Mediaand Content department and with other agency teams and associates
• Supervise, guide and trainjuniorteammates, as applicable
