Job summary

Hiebing is seeking a curious, highly organized Digital Coordinator to support day-to-day email, CRM, loyalty and digital marketing across client portfolios. The role starts with hands-on execution and grows into deeper CRM and lifecycle marketing expertise.

Responsibilities include campaign setup, QA, audience management, deployment and reporting, with a collaborative, fast-paced team. Hybrid work model in Madison, WI; relocation considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing or a related role.
• Experience with an email marketing or marketing automation platform.
• Attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn, experiment and take on new challenges.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI tools to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage email and messaging campaigns across platforms, including personalization and A/B testing.
• Support audience segmentation and deployment requirements.
• QA email creative, links, tracking, and automated journeys; assist with deployment.
• Coordinate assets, approvals and timelines; maintain checklists and status updates.
• Assist with campaign reporting, performance monitoring and insights.
