Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in marketing automation and email operations.
• Experience supporting sales or partnerships in HR-related programs.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute campaigns for Brand Partnerships, incl. eBlasts, events, webinars.
• Manage audience segmentation and deployment in Marketo, avoid fatigue.
• Coordinate with Advertising, Sales, Product, Events for timely delivery.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance and adherence to SHRM standards.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Position SHRM as a trusted advisor with HR trends insights.
