Job summary

AXS is seeking an Associate Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support US Lifecycle Marketing by producing and coordinating email and push campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work with Lifecycle Marketing Specialists to ensure timely, accurate execution, QA, and reporting, with growth opportunities into a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist role.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in digital marketing, familiarity with SFMC or similar tools, and strong project coordination skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MIS/CS or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in digital marketing, email/push/SMS marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot).
• Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience QAing campaigns, link validation and rendering checks.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and schedule lifecycle and ad hoc email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage inbound campaign requests and document requirements in the intake process.
• Execute QA including link validation, personalization, audience targeting, content accuracy, and rendering across devices/clients.
• Maintain calendar and coordinate deployment with regional specialists for timely execution.
• Prepare standard campaign reports and dashboards; assist regional teams with metrics.
• Maintain campaign docs, guides, and processes to support consistent execution.
