Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, is seeking an Associate Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support US Lifecycle Marketing. You will assist with email and push campaigns, manage workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and help ensure timely, accurate execution to drive ticket sales and fan engagement.

You'll gain hands‑on experience in marketing automation, report on performance, and grow into a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist role as you contribute to regional campaigns and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital marketing, email/push/SMS marketing, CRM marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to perform QA, validation, and reporting for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule lifecycle and ad hoc email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage campaign requests, track progress, and document requirements.
• Execute QA including links, personalization, audience and rendering checks.
• Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate deployment with regional teams.
• Prepare standard reports and assist with dashboard development and distribution.
• Maintain process guides and support continuous improvement.
