Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, is hiring an Associate Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support US lifecycle campaigns. You will assist with production, QA, and coordination of email and push marketing efforts to drive ticket sales and fan engagement.

You’ll build campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, validate content, and help with reports and process improvements. 2–3 entry-level years in marketing ops preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business/MIS/CS is preferred.
• 1–2 years in digital marketing, email/push/SMS marketing, or marketing ops.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like SFMC, Braze, Iterable or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule lifecycle and ad hoc email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage inbound campaign requests and document them in the intake process.
• Execute QA for campaigns: links, personalization, audience, content, rendering.
• Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate deployment with regional teams.
• Prepare standard reports and dashboards; assist with metrics.
• Document processes to support consistent execution and improvement.
