Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks an Associate Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support the US Lifecycle Marketing team in producing, coordinating, and QA of email and push campaigns. You will build and validate campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and help manage campaign workflows with regional teams.

This role offers hands-on experience in marketing automation, reporting, and process improvement, with growth potential into a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, email/push/SMS marketing, CRM marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot preferred.
• Experience coordinating marketing projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience performing campaign QA and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and schedule lifecycle and ad hoc email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage inbound campaign requests, track work through the intake process, ensure accuracy
• Execute campaign QA: link validation, personalization, audience targeting, content accuracy, rendering
• Maintain lifecycle campaign calendar and coordinate deployment with regional specialists
• Prepare standard campaign reports and dashboards for regional teams
• Maintain campaign documentation and process guides for consistent execution and improvement
