Urban Outfitters is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our outbound marketing team. The role focuses on creating and optimizing email campaigns that are visually compelling, responsive, and on brand.

You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to implement email marketing strategies, test content, and analyze performance to drive improvements across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of email development or related role with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email templates.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Bluecore.
• Understanding of email deliverability and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy responsive HTML emails for campaigns.
• Ensure emails render across devices and clients (Outlook, Gmail, mobile).
• Write clean HTML, CSS, and JS for templates following best practices.
• Integrate emails into automation platforms and support workflows.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results for optimization.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain brand standards.
• Troubleshoot rendering and deliverability issues.
