URBN, headquartered in Philadelphia, is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join the Outbound marketing team. The role focuses on creating and optimizing HTML email campaigns that look great on any device.

You will partner with designers and content creators, test across platforms, and implement automation workflows using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Bluecore. If you have 2+ years of email development experience and a keen eye for detail, you will help elevate our email program

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in email development or a related role with a portfolio.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Bluecore.
Proven ability to design responsive emails that render across clients.
Strong attention to detail and quality across campaigns.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy responsive HTML emails for campaigns.
Ensure email rendering works across devices and clients.
Integrate email templates into automation platforms.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze results.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to align content with brand standards.
Troubleshoot rendering and deliverability issues.
