• Conduct in-depth strategic research to support senior leadership decisions.
• Coordinate executive-level planning, engagements, travel agendas, and meeting prep.
• Partner with the COO Office to align priorities, governance, and execution.
• Manage cross-functional work with culture, talent, and strategy teams.
