Follett Corporation in the campus bookstore seeks an ELP Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, greet customers, assist with store inquiries, and process purchases. You will operate the POS system, maintain stock, and support training for new team members, ensuring the sales floor is organized and properly priced.

Team members must maintain availability to meet business needs and follow safety and loss prevention procedures daily, while contributing to a welcoming campus shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and render assistance as necessary, responding to inquiries pertaining to products and merchandise.
• Operates POS system: accepting payments, giving change, bagging purchases, and processing discounts as appropriate.
• Observe proper cash handling procedures.
• May perform data entry/order placement for books and/or merchandise as directed by manager.
• Carry and shelve merchandise inventory; straighten merchandise, stock shelves and assist in displays.
• Follow safety and loss prevention processes as outlined by company policy.
