The Follett Higher Education Experiential Learning Platform (ELP) Team Member role is based in the campus bookstore in West Lafayette. You assist customers, process transactions, maintain shelves, and support training of new staff, with a focus on accurate, friendly service.

You'll operate the POS, handle cash securely, help fulfill online orders, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain stock and pricing, while complying with safety and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General computer skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and render assistance as necessary, responding to inquiries pertaining to products and merchandise.
• Operate POS system: accepting payments, giving change, bagging purchases, and processing discounts.
• Ensure inventory is stocked and prices are correct; assist in displays and signage.
• Assist with online orders and order processing; perform data entry as directed.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures and maintain cash handling accuracy.
