Follett Higher Education is hiring an ELP Team Lead to oversee daily store operations, lead Team Members, and ensure strong customer service. You will price, stock, train, and support staff while handling opening/closing duties and acting as Manager on Duty when leadership is absent.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and a focus on Hassle-Free, solution-based service for students, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years retail or customer service experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including creating text documents and emails.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise Team Members and Seasonal Team Members to meet store goals.
• Ensure training for new and existing team members to drive success.
• Assist customers and suggest items based on interest; stock shelves and displays.
• Open/close the store as needed; act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Process online orders: enter sales, pick items, communicate status, and update the website.
