Responsibilities

• Lead team members and seasonal workers, plan and supervise activities.
• Ensure training for new and existing team members.
• Assist customers and suggest items based on interest.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Handle online orders and communicate status to customers.
• Open/close the store as needed and act as Manager on Duty.
